In this forum, we are not that serious about people not following the rules, like in so many other forum! For example, as in many forums they tell you... If you don't follow the rules, you will get banned or get a warning! We think thats TOO CONTROLLING! Just be yourselves and respect each other and everyone else around you. And of course try follow the rules as best as you can in a forum! And dont be controlling, abusive or SPAM the forums just because you need to get noticed! And that's when we can get MOODY!
Here on Blackdawg Studio, We are not better than anyone else! We are all friends and we all agree to respect each other on here, As a friend and family! We do not take decisions alone! The staff Team of our forum! decide what should happen on here.

By accessing or using this website, you fall under the category of a "Member" and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions described herein and all terms incorporated by reference. The following rules apply when you registering the Account and choosing your Username:
- Username must be unique
- Username must consist of a minimum of four characters
- Prohibited registration of gibberish Username like: «sdfsgatha», «asdasd», «щзщлзщ», «454ddd», also Username consisting of digits, or only vowels/consonant letters («123456», «hhhh», «1q1q1q1q» ).
- Usernames that impersonate other people especially Blackdawg Studio staff
- Usernames that give the impression that the account has permissions which it does not have, for example by containing the terms "administrator", "checkuser", "oversight", or similar terms like "admin", "sysop" or "moder", “staff”;
- Disruptive or offensive usernames are strongly prohibited.The following types of usernames are not permitted because they are offensive or disruptive (names that do not conform to generally accepted standards of morality):
- Usernames those are likely to offend other contributors, making harmonious editing difficult or impossible, for example by containing profanities.
- Usernames that contain or imply personal attacks.
- Usernames that seem intended to provoke emotional reaction ("trolling").
- Usernames that otherwise show a clear intent to disrupt this site.
- Usernames that contain insulting/obscene words (or hidden obscene words)
- Usernames those are likely to offend other contributors, making harmonious editing difficult or impossible, for example by containing profanities.
- No Multiple Accounts. Each member is only allowed one account, registering multiple accounts is against the rules. Anyone who has forgotten their password should attempt to use the 'forgotten password' system, or as a last resort, contact an administrator by email. Administration reserves the right to temporary ban most used account and permanent ban on the other accounts.
Main Forum Rules
- Posts and/or private messages that, in any manner whether directly or indirectly, involve any of the following activities may be subject to an infraction. You can find descriptions of specific infractions below.
English language and all submissions must be in English
- This includes topics, replies, signatures, profiles, content, and any other publicly displayed information.
Be Polite, no offensive posts
- Treat others with courtesy and with respect.
- Flaming other members or other forums will lead to disciplinary action ranging from a warning to a ban.
- Any kind of harassment will be looked at carefully.
- We want all members to have a positive experience.
- If you are a long standing member, act like one. Lead by example and assist other newer members rather then attacking them. We look upon our veteran members to use this opportunity to teach the newer members the appropriate way to use these forums.
- If someone insults you, do not retaliate but report the offending post using the 'report this post' text link located in each post's bottom right corner.
- We encourage you to use our community as a forum to debate topics, but please use proper adjectives to express yourself.
- “You’re noob/stupid” etc are prohibited.
- Porn of any kind, nudity of any kind, racism, terrorism, or crime related posts will not be tolerated and the member will be banned on first sight.
- The staff looks at politics and religion as controversial.
- Everyone has their own opinion.
- Therefore, we discourage religious comments of any kind.
- Posts with religious comments will be moved to the TrashBin, no matter in what context they are made.
- Posts that promote one's political opinion are viewed similarly.
- Our wish is to remain completely neutral.
- Please use the report button if you see religious and/or political comments of any sort.
Respect the authority of Moderators and Admins.
- If you don't like something that an admin or moderator did, e-mail them or send them a private message.
- Do not complain about a deleted post or moved topic in the forums. We don't have time to inform everyone about why a post was moved or deleted.
- Do not abuse content/material that can harm administrative Personal in any way.
No Asking/begging For Free colored username or VIP Subscriptions.
- Do not ask any of our Staff or in our forums if you can get a FREE COLORED Username! Blackdawg Studio is not a Free Grocery Store! If you need a Colored or a VIP Subscription, Then buy one!
No Double Posting, Repeating.
- Double posting is defined as posting the same content that has already been posted in a current thread or in a different thread.
No Cross-Posting.
- Cross-Posting is when you post the same message multiple times in various threads or forums.
- Continuing to post a similar message will result in an immediate ban.
No advertising of any kind is allowed.
- This includes links outside the Blackdawg Studio site that are included in pictures as watermarks, domains in signatures, email links,
referrals, top lists, web hosting, affiliations, and sites that require registration, subscription and/or a fee to access. - In short, no third party sites or self promotion of any kind.
- This includes links within posts that links to a third party in order to gain access to the content.
- No advertising of any kind is allowed. Instead, you do have the option to post your site in a manner that is acceptable.
No spamming, No useless posts
- Spamming is characterized by the initiation of threads or posts that contribute nothing to a forum, be it off topic or on topic.
- We collect only valuable information and replies such as: 'You're welcome', 'no problem', 'thanks for', ‘It’s work’, ‘Good tutorial’, ‘I will test’, ‘It works?’ or similar such comments do not contribute to the advancement of the thread or forum and are prohibited.
- Posts with empty bodies, bodies with few words that have no relation to the current thread or discussion and those posts that state they are spam, either to annoy or increase a member's post count. This determination is made by the forum Moderator or Administrator and is not up for discussion.
- If you are just saying "thank you," use the "thanks" button
- If you are not allowed to download or for several reason your community features were disabled, you should not post useless “Why I can’t…”.
Begging
- All sorts of begging are forbidden. That means also asking for public or private Hacks.
- Dont ask how to get a Free Colored Name or a Free VIP Subscription.
- You want a Private Themes or Tutorials, then you should be a VIP or should be promoted to private group. You can find Public Tutorials and Themes in the related Forum Sections.
- Asking for help to STEAL or HACK another persons User account and is strictly forbidden. Thats a DIRECT BAN! (permantly)
Requests
- Any user is allowed to request something in a proper forum sections
- Requests will be taken in account if user have a positive reputation (no infractions) and contribute to our forum
- Requests from lurkers (zero-post user) will be rejected
No public discussion about disciplinary action administered to members and or staff.
- If you have any questions regarding rules, disciplinary actions, or even a thread move, please use “Dispute Zone” to describe your problem.
Infraction & Warnings
Community Moderators may issue zero point warnings or infractions when removing content which violates the
Blackdawg Studio Rules and Policies. Warnings serve as friendly reminder of the Blackdawg Studio Rules and Policies and have no bearing on your account.
List of possible consequences:

- Permanent suspension from the concerned section
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent suspension
- I.P. Address suspension
Warning
- Warnings will not be applied without a reason.
- If you have a problem with a warning, talk with the Admin/Mod who warned you.
- Other administrative Personal cannot follow the reasons of your warnings.
- After 10 Warnings a permanent Suspend will follow.

- Malware, Ban Duration: Forever.
- Phishing, Ban Duration: Forever.
- Lies about MODS/Admins Ban Duration: Forever.
- Spamming, Ban Duration: 2 days.
- Repeating / Cross-posting, Ban Duration: 3 days.
- Posting Rules, Ban Duration: 3 days.
- No Profanity In Forum / Signatures, Ban Duration: 5 days.
- Cheat Merchandising, Ban Duration: 7 days.
- Insulting, Ban Duration: 10 days.
